Working out with Your Baby

Today I decided that I am going to make workout videos with Parker. New moms are busy with whatever and going to the gym is not in the plans. I will have to admit that I have time to workout at the gym but I rather spend that quality time with Parker.

I am going to share the workouts I've been doing for the last 6 months. I've lost all the pregnancy weight plus several more lbs.  Three days after giving birth, my waist was 36.5" with 37.5" hip size. Now 9 days before my 7 month, my waist is 28.5" and my hips are 33 inches. 

I don't have one of those rigid diets where all you eat is grilled chicken with steamed veggies and no carbs. I love carbs and being Asian, I need my rice.  Chicken is not my protein of choice.  As a matter of fact, I eat whatever that's convenient (just not a #1 from McDonald every day). My guilty pleasure has been an 8oz can of soda every night since a month after birth.

It worked for me so I'm sure it will work for you. It's fun and doesn't feel like you're working out. Just about 15 minutes a day to boost your self confidence.

My husband thinks I'm crazy. And yes, I am crazy!
